TEAC A-2070 Reel to Reel Stereo Tape Deck 1970's - For Parts or Repair

Cosmetically, this reel to reel tape deck is in fantastic shape. Please see pics. It plugs in and turns on, but the motors don't turn as they should.

It has scratches and signs of age. I tried playing a cassette but it didn't play, rewind or fast forward but I can hear the motor running. I opened it
