This is a keychain I got from a trip. It is made of plastic and has a distinct shape and I can't picture what it could be for. What is this thing?

bullet-shaped keychain that has a plunger under spring pressure that pushes out a small point. its not a pen, and its not very sharp. maybe for piercing something? : r/whatisthisthing
